Buffalo Wild Wings in Frankfort

Out of all bww restaurants me and my wife been to this has been the best one of all.... It was the best experice , great customer service and got our order right the first time ever.

This restaurant is surely one of the most attractive place to eat in the area. Every time I come there I am greatly glad. They always keep their very high level service and the topmost level of cooking they give. You are always happy with this place. Warmly recommended.

Standard Bdubs. The best day to go is the wing days otherwise your paying high prices for regular wings

Chicken is great here. Tuesday is buy one get one free (wings). Very good flavors. Friendly staff and professional.

Frankfort Buffalo Wild Wings is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The brunette girl with glasses is the rudest waitress I have ever encountered and the bartender was worse. The food was average. The service was way below average. And the prices are sky high for what you get. Avoid this place and try ANY OTHER location... Or restaurant for that matter.

They mess something up everytime we fo here.

Placed an online order that my husband picked up. When he got home, out of 4 orders of tenders, we had no sauce and missing our side salad, which costs extra! When I called, the man on the phone said, "What do you want us to do about it?" My husband said it was the same tall guy with a beard referenced in an earlier review. But how do you mess up an online order so badly when the order is right in front of your face to look at?

Great food, great place, awesome staff, great specials. Awesome selection of drinks and snacks. Menu changes but keeps great staple dishes. Game friendly but still the place to go get a cold one with some friends.

Food is good but if you do take out CHECK your bag. It’s literally never been correct.

Always the best! Love the staff love the food. I love that I can bring the kiddos here and they can be as loud as they wanna be and not disturb anyone. They recently went green and I'm not digging the new metal trays, they take up lots of room on the tables and not so easy to have the kiddos share a burger and fries. But I get it. Just keep the tall blue moons flowing!

Good food, slow service. Orders came out wrong, sent back and they brought the exact same food out again. Ended up waiting over an hr for my food and my family was finished by the time I got mine. Didn't even Offer any kind of compensation.

I had a horrible experience. The manager is very disrespectful and all the workers are just chit-chatting while us customers are waiting for our food, thus extending the wait time to an hour! Very rude and unprofessional service.

Ordered Caribbean jerk and spicy BBQ wings and both were good. The sweet iced tea was delicious.

If you order for pickup, there is no need to show up for pickup at the time they tell you. Waited 20 minutes after the time our order was supposed to be ready even though we ordered TWO HOURS before our pickup time. The manager,Jeff, didn't care when we tried to talk to him. Choose a different location or different place completely. They don't deserve your business.

The service was slow and the food was ok. This location could at least make the drink I wanted hence the three stars.

The worst service we’ve received in quite some time now. It doesn’t stop there - not only was the service bad, the food was also over done and the manager poorly handled the situation. Very disappointed.

I'd definitely come here again. The social distancing and mask wearing from what I saw was done to the best of their abilities. The food is good too, not the best but this is a nice place to bring friends and have a fun time

I love the new look of the menus. It also seems like they are trying to hand make more ingredients and that they are fresher. I have always loved B-Dubs but I like the direction that they're headed in. The only comment I have is that the music was creating a weird Ambiance but the food was delicious as always

The reason for 2☆ is because me and my family went there to eat for the fact they advertise as a dairy free option! Happens upon arrival that the waitress tells us they do not do such thing..we ask for a manager to come talk to us..manager tells the waiter that they do offer dairy free (so whichever is it?!) We order food then to have manager come over (because we said its due to severe milk allergy) saying that they change the oil every 2 days but use the oil for non dairy food to cook mozzarella sticks in so it might be contaminated --' If you do not have any non contaminated dairy food available DO NOT ADVERTISE AS SO and hope people will still buy it?!

The food was not good. It wasn’t fresh and the breading on the boneless wings were unbearably crunchy. I asked my waitress about it and she claimed that it was a new type of wing 🤔 So whatever is going on with that, not a fan of it. Despite the unpleasant food, I had good service. Just wish the food was better because I had been craving those wings all day.

Great place to watch just about any game. Friendly staff. Especially bartenders. Great place to bring children while enjoy being an adult

We haven't been to a BWW for over a year and we thought, let's try again...our waitress was nice, but our main course was terrible. We both got the Cheese Curd Bacon Burger. Both burgers were so overdone that there were charred pieces falling off. Also if it says "Cheese Curd Burger" they may want to double check and make sure everything is on the burger like I don't know maybe..the CHEESE CURDS?! Yet once we were done our waitress didn't come back for over 30 mins. to at least check on us. We will probably never go back to ANY BWW again.

Went to the homewood location on my lunch break today and the service was so awful I canceled my order. After work I decided to stop at Frankfort location on my way home and service is not much better. SUPERVISORS- Do you watch your employees? Walked in after placing an order and stood there 15 minutes being ignored the whole time. I asked the bartender who was walking back and forth to please check on my order and she looked and kept walking. The people that in the kitchen tho are cool

Chicken not done. Wont be back to this location. The end.

Alexis needs a promotion or a pay raise because she was absolutely wonderful! Got our food out quickly was very informative and also left me a beautiful note in my bag that absolutely made my day. Little pricey for food but my customer service experience was great! Really hope she sees this because her note actually made me cry ☺️

I don't get to BWW very often and ordered the wrong thing, too much food for me! Everyone else in my party was fine with their choices, but I won't go back because it is always way too cold no matter the season. Came home with chills, and overall did not enjoy my experience.

What do people see In buffalo wild wings. Over priced over exaggerated chicken nuts with sauce poured on to them not cooked on them weak overpriced cocktails but the TVS were placed nice and the customer service was awesome...

If you like crispy wings, please go somewhere else, Been there now 6 times and 4 were not crispy. I Gave up on this place!

Last week, my coworker and I ordered food to eat for lunch. We work at a dealership that was kept open as an essential business. They went above and beyond to deliver the food for us because a promotion that was available on their website was not available through door dash or grubhub. This allowed us to receive the promotion and delivery as well. Thanks!

BUFFALO WILD WINGS is a sport bar/ hamburger, pizza & wing place. A great get together venue for guys n gals. You can watch/view the sport games and have a bite n beer at the same time. The crowd who gathers is all ages but gears toward the twenty n thirty somethings. Getting back to wings they are delicious with plenty of sauces for the meek & the brave. The atmosphere is nice, clean and very social.

Friendly staff, amazing food, I check how much ranch they put in the bag, some of the time it's short but really not often enough to doc points. Abby is the friendliest manager and it makes my day to see her!

Love that they are using metal plates instead of so much disposable items however just went with my family and I can't believe how expensive BWW is for the quality of food! For a bunch of fried and processed fast food it cost us well over 100 bucks (each of us got 2 drinks). Would much rather go down the street to a brewpub for the cost.

The food is consistent but not top notch and isn't as good as Bulldogs but it is tasty and service is good. Good for birthtopdays with a small amount of family and good appetizers to share.
